Barnham Extension

In partnership with All Round Improvements, this project involved the construction of a high-quality rear extension that seamlessly integrates with the existing property. A complete GRP fiberglass roof was installed, offering durability and a sleek, modern finish. To open up the living space, new steelwork was fitted to safely support the removal of the original rear wall of the house—creating a spacious, open-plan layout.

The exterior of the extension was finished with Weber pre-coloured silicone render, providing a clean, contemporary look with excellent weather resistance and low maintenance.

In addition to the new build, modifications were made to the original section of the extension to ensure consistency and quality throughout. All works were carried out in strict accordance with structural engineering specifications and signed off by local building control, ensuring safety, compliance, and long-term performance.

Inside, the space boasts contemporary design elements, including LED strip-lit lanterns, flush-fitted spotlights, and a luxurious underfloor heating system integrated with the property’s original heating. The interior is completed with stylish herringbone vinyl click flooring, adding warmth and elegance to the design.
