This project delivered a stunning transformation through a full renovation of the kitchen and dining area, creating a bright and spacious open-plan layout. The removal of a dividing wall and chimney allowed for improved flow and functionality, with RSJ steel beams expertly installed to maintain structural integrity and meet all building regulations.

The existing garage was thoughtfully converted into a practical and stylish home office, featuring a contemporary glass lantern roof light to maximise natural daylight. High-performance insulation was added to ensure year-round comfort and energy efficiency.

All works were completed in line with structural engineering calculations and approved by local building control. From initial planning support to the final finish, this project showcases how smart design and skilled craftsmanship can transform everyday spaces into modern, multi-functional living areas.
